Any defects originating during transport, installation, which were mentioned in the installation acceptance protocol (such as scratches on glass or on the paint coat, cracks) will be removed at our cost immediately after installation (window replacement) or after the construction is completed just before settling in, when we also remove defects originating during the construction process after the windows were installed, which facilitates the work and reduces the cost borne by both parties.
We also conduct guarantee inspections of windows about 3 years after the windows are installed, an extra service for the customer... More at KARO.
Long-term use of windows with no problems is possible and it is limited to simple procedures that can be done by the customer or the customer can have them done by our service personnel (lubrication, regulation of fittings every 1-2 years, care procedures for the paint coat twice a year). The paint coat should be refreshed at intervals equal to the guarantee period, although this is established individually.
We have developed a system of notifying customers (e-mail) about the need to conduct such service procedures so that they do not need to remember about them. Obviously, we offer such services for our customers.
An interesting fact! Considering the fact that wooden windows can be used 2-3 times longer than PVC windows (has anyone seen 30-year-old PVC windows?), even after the low cost of the post-guarantee service is taken into account, it turns out that wooden windows are 2-3 times cheaper than PVC windows!
