Every mechanism needs lubrication and care to operate properly. This also applies to window fittings, especially balcony doors, which are frequently opened and closed. We ask our customers not to neglect the simple operation of lubricating the metal elements of fittings every 1-2 years (we provide you with the lubricant for windows together with the windows). We do regulation of the window fittings at no extra charge just after the construction is finished, then another regulation is needed after 1/2-1 years. In subsequent years, when the condition of the windows use stabilise, regulation will be needed sporadically. We offer our assistance every time a user finds it difficult to do it on his own.
